All prices on Aplica.dk are excluding VAT. Aplica ApS reserves the right to change the prices quoted without prior notice. Reservations are made for any printing or key errors and price errors.
Shipping fee within Denmark is always (regardless carrier) EUR 9,-.
For orders under EUR 135,-, an handling fee of EUR 18,- will be added.
Aplica ApS strives to have the most common products in stock, with a normal delivery time of 1-4 working days in Denmark.
Foreign orders are shipped as a postal package within 1-4 business days, and the delivery time is expected to be 5-8 business days.
Delivery abroad takes place as a postal package and costs EUR 40.
If the delivery time is estimated to be longer, we will of course inform you as soon as possible by e-mail. You then have the right to cancel your order.
Payment and Delivery
All prices are out of stock and are excluding VAT in the webshop.
Aplica ApS accept payment by VISA, Mastercard and Maestro. Payment will only be charged to your account when the order is shipped.
Aplica ApS encrypts all information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with Nets.
It is also possible to shop at Aplica without a credit card if you shop through a company and provide CVR No.
Payment terms: 8 days net.
Invoice is sent along with (or immediately after sending) the order.
Invoice will be sent to the specified email address, unless otherwise stated. If invoices are to be sent as letters, a processing fee of EUR 7,- will be added.
We reserve the right to obtain information for credit approval by privately held companies.

Returns can only be made according to prior agreement with Aplica ApS.
When returning, the product must be undamaged and in original and complete packaging. All parts that came with the product must be returned with the product. Software must not be used and the packaging seal must not be broken.
If these conditions are not met, Aplica ApS may refuse to receive the returned product.
Please note that you, as a customer, are responsible for the product until it is returned to us.

Warranty and Complaint
All products are sold and delivered with the warranty provided by the manufacturer. Complaints must be notified no later than 5 days after receipt of the product. In connection with any complaint, Aplica ApS assumes reasonable freight costs. In case of damaged packaging, reception can be refused or reception can be made subject to transport damage.
