Acrylic adhesive

An acrylic adhesive is either a 1 component or 2 component solution. It is a glue that often has a very high strength and is impact resistant and with a short hardening time.

Acrylic adhesives can be used for gluing glass, joining magnets, and it has good adhesion to metals and plastic materials.

The advantages of using this type of glue, as high through-cure depth, curing at room temperature, resistant to shock and does not shrink, good environmental resistance and can be cured with heat.

Disadvantages can be slow fixture time and can smell. In the case of 2 component solutions, waste may also occur during the mixing process.
